15 Vampire: the Masquerade stories based on Goth songs.

1. Bela Lugosi's Dead
Hook: A man that looks exactly like Bela Lugosi dressed in Dracula garb has been seen around the city.
Problem: The doppelganger doesn't just dress like a vampire, he really is one. With Lugosi's memories but Dracula's appetites. He appears to be ignorant about Kindred society and has little regard for the Masquerade.
Complications: Anemic or completely drained people are turning up with telltale bite marks. Unfortunately the culprit is quite elusive. He has a knack for quickly drawing a victim from the Rack and disappearing almost immediately after feeding. It's more likely that the PCs always just miss him than they are to catch him in the act.
Subplots: The police need to catch someone they can blame for the recent overtly vampiric attacks.
Resolution: In the unlikely event they actually catch Bela feeding he'll lead them back to his haven in his flight. More likely is that they'll realize this vampire is a walking cliche and there's only one cliched haven near his feeding grounds. A dilapidated church bell tower with a cemetery next to it. A tomb there has recently become the haven of a Sabbat pack called The Brides. Lugosi is their project, a humorous way of testing the city's defenses. They took a Shovelhead and used Vicissitude and Dominate to transform him into the dead actor, body and mind. Letting him loose to see what the Camarilla's response is. They're easily driven off, but Bela will stand his ground and fight.
Fun Stuff: Whilst tracking Bela down they constantly run into a woman working for a talent agency. She's been tasked to headhunt the lookalike and treats the PCs as her bitter rivals in this endeavor.
Theme: Unlife isn't as cool as in the movies.
